How we comply with sanctions regimes and which jurisdictions we cannot serve.
NetGrid Host Ltd is registered in England and Wales and is required to comply with UK sanctions legislation, as well as applicable EU, US and UN regimes. This document explains how those requirements affect the provision of our services.
As a UK-registered company we are bound by the sanctions and export restrictions administered by OFSI (the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation), and we also observe the regimes of the European Union, OFAC (United States) and UN Security Council resolutions.
Compliance is not a commercial preference: it is a legal obligation, and breaching it carries liability for the company and its officers.
This list may be updated at any time in line with changes to the UK, EU, US and UN sanctions regimes.
Orders placed from those jurisdictions are declined, and accounts discovered later are terminated. Separately, and regardless of location, we do not provide services to persons or entities designated on UK, EU, US or UN sanctions lists, nor to structures under their control.
At registration and payment we assess the country declared by the user, the payment details and technical connection attributes. Where there is reasonable doubt, we may request supporting documents before the service is activated.
If a restriction is identified after activation, the service is terminated. Funds subject to sanctions restrictions cannot be refunded until the circumstances are clarified and, where required, a licence is obtained from the competent authority.
We are obliged to report identified cases to the competent authorities and to provide them with the information they request.
