Affiliate Program Rules

Terms of participation in the NetGrid Host Ltd affiliate program. Please read before you start promoting.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Rules set out the terms of participation in the affiliate (referral) program of NetGrid Host Ltd. By joining the program, obtaining an affiliate link or publishing any material about us, you fully accept these Rules. They supplement the Terms of Service and form an integral part of them.

1. General provisions

Affiliate — an individual or company that has registered an account in the client area and takes part in the affiliate program. Referral — a customer who arrived through the affiliate link and paid for a service. Reward — the amount credited to the affiliate balance under the terms of the program.

Participation is free and voluntary. The affiliate acts independently and is not an agent, representative, employee or authorised person of the Company, may not act on its behalf, assume obligations or enter into transactions for it.

Taxes and reporting
The affiliate declares the rewards received and pays all taxes and duties required by the law of their country of tax residence. The Company is not the affiliate's tax agent.

2. Rewards and payouts

The current reward rate, accrual schedule and withdrawal conditions are published on the affiliate program page and shown in the client area. The affiliate balance and statistics in the client area are the only official source of accrual data.

  • Rewards are credited only for payments by referrals that have actually arrived and been confirmed.
  • Accruals follow the schedule of the program; funds are held on the affiliate balance until payout.
  • Payout is made on the affiliate's request once the minimum withdrawal amount is reached, by the method stated in the client area.
  • Payment system and network fees on withdrawal are deducted from the payout amount.
Program terms may change
The Company may at any time change the reward rate, minimum withdrawal, payout methods, timelines and other terms of the program, and may suspend or close the program entirely. Changes take effect on publication and apply to accruals for subsequent periods.

3. Requirements for promotional material

The affiliate may promote our services on their own websites, blogs, reviews, social media, video channels and mailings to their own subscriber base collected lawfully.

Promotional material that breaks the law is prohibited
All promotional material, platforms and methods of promotion must be lawful at the same time: in the country where the promotion takes place and where the audience is located, and in the country of the Company's jurisdiction (England and Wales). Placement on resources with unlawful content is prohibited, as is any promotion that breaches advertising law, platform rules or the requirements of rights holders.

The affiliate is solely responsible for the legality of their material, traffic channels and distribution methods, and for any third-party claims relating to them.

4. No spam

Spam is prohibited outright
Any unsolicited distribution is prohibited: email spam, messages in messengers and social networks, bulk comments on forums, blogs and under videos, automated posting, mailings to purchased lists or lists collected without consent, and any other intrusive way of spreading affiliate links.

A spam complaint received by us, by a payment provider, a registrar or a data centre is treated as a breach of these Rules and leads to the consequences set out in section 7.

5. No misleading of users

Information about our services in affiliate material must be accurate and up to date and must match the data on netgrid.host and in our legal documents.

  • No inaccurate or outdated prices, non-existent plans, discounts, promotions or bonuses.
  • No misrepresentation of the services: attributing features we do not have, distorting the contents of a plan, locations, limits or conditions.
  • No promising what we do not offer: speed or uptime guarantees beyond those published, unlimited resources, free periods, or refund conditions differing from the Refund Policy.
  • No fake reviews, invented benchmarks or measurement results, and no passing off other people's material as your own.
  • No promising referral payouts, cashback or rewards to end customers for ordering through the link unless the program provides for it.
Use of the brand
It is prohibited to impersonate the Company or its staff, to create websites, pages, accounts or domains imitating our brand or capable of misleading anyone as to their ownership, and to run search or targeted advertising on brand keywords without our written consent. The logo and brand assets may be used only in the form we provide.

6. No self-referral or bad-faith traffic

  • Ordering services through your own affiliate link, or through related persons, secondary accounts and proxy customers.
  • Registering several affiliate accounts by the same person.
  • Inflating clicks and sign-ups, incentivised traffic, bot traffic, cookie stuffing, replacing or intercepting other affiliates' tracking tags.
  • Paying for referrals' services with someone else's or stolen payment details, and any scheme leading to chargebacks.
  • Any action aimed at obtaining a reward while circumventing the substance of the program.

Where such activity is identified, the reward is cancelled in full, including amounts credited earlier, and the account is blocked.

7. Termination of the partnership

Either party may end the partnership without explanation
Both the Company and the affiliate may withdraw from the program at any time and without giving reasons. Termination of the partnership means the affiliate account is blocked with no possibility of withdrawing the accumulated funds.
If the affiliate stops cooperating
If the affiliate has in fact stopped cooperating — removed the affiliate links, taken down or stopped updating the material, ceased promotion — the Company may treat this as a unilateral withdrawal from the partnership and suspend or block the account, stop accruals and terminate any business relationship with the affiliate without paying out the accumulated reward.
Breach of these Rules
On any breach of these Rules the Company may suspend or block the affiliate account, cancel the accrued reward with no possibility of withdrawal, refuse further participation in the program, and stop providing any other services to the affiliate. The decision is taken by the Company and is final.

Termination does not affect the affiliate's obligations that arose before it and does not release the affiliate from liability for breaches committed.

8. Cancellation of accruals

An accrued reward is cancelled or debited from the affiliate balance where:

  • the referral's payment has been refunded, or a chargeback or dispute has been opened;
  • the payment is cancelled, not confirmed by the payment system or found to be fraudulent;
  • the referral's service is deleted for a breach of the rules or following an abuse complaint;
  • signs of bad-faith traffic or self-referral are identified;
  • the affiliate has breached these Rules or the Terms of Service.

9. Data and privacy

Referral data is provided to the affiliate in anonymised form and only to the extent shown in the client area statistics. The Company does not disclose customers' personal data to the affiliate, and the affiliate may not request, collect or use such data. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company may request identity verification (KYC) or company details (KYB) from the affiliate before a payout; the procedure and the consequences of failing to complete it are set out in the Terms of Service.

10. Final provisions

Only the published rules are binding
No correspondence with support or managers, no verbal arrangements and no marketing material alter or widen these Rules or create additional obligations for the Company. In case of any conflict, the text of this page and of the Terms of Service prevails.

The Company may amend these Rules at any time and without prior notice. A new version takes effect on publication on this page. Continued participation in the program means acceptance of the updated version.

These Rules are governed by the law of England and Wales; disputes are handled as set out in the Terms of Service.
